By completing the 68game registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the 68game Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the full agreement between you and 68game.

If you are accessing 68game on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, current Pakistani residential address, and a valid mobile number.

Each individual may hold only one 68game account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited. 68game employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any bonus winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts are void and subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68game login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 68game immediately via the support email address. 68game will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

Acceptable documentation includes a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence for identity, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address. 68game is an adult-only platform. Registration and use of any real-money feature is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

Age verification may be conducted at any time. If 68game has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original deposit source, less any amounts already wagered. Winnings generated during the period of underage play are void.

68game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 68game account balance in real time. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect. 68game does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests submitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take one to three additional business days depending on the receiving institution. 68game reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above PKR 50,000. 68game offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on 68game bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse.

All wagers placed on 68game — whether on sports markets (including PSL, cricket, football, UFC, and other events), live casino tables, slots, poker, or any other game — are subject to the specific rules published for each game or market. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing a wager.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once accepted by the 68game system, except where the platform's rules expressly permit cancellation.
• 68game reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly mis-priced markets or as a result of a technical error in the odds feed. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• In-play sports bets are subject to latency inherent in live data feeds. 68game is not liable for discrepancies between in-play odds displayed and the actual state of play at the moment of bet placement.
• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Published Return-to-Player percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• Poker games on 68game are player-versus-player. The platform takes a rake as disclosed in the poker lobby. 68game does not participate in poker hands as an active player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 68game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one 68game account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the 68game platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using 68game for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 68game platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards 68game staff or other players.

68game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. Common grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to, bonus abuse, suspected fraud, failed KYC verification, and prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 68game support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Unconverted Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

All content on the 68game platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 68game or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any 68game content without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of 68game intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided to 68game is governed by the 68game Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at 68game.lat/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

68game collects personal data including name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML monitoring, and service improvement. 68game does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

68game is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Pakistani player base. The following tools are available to all account holders from within the 68game dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

68game does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruption. Any bets in progress at the time of an unplanned outage will be voided and stakes returned.

Nothing in this clause limits 68game's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

68game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 68game will provide at least seven days' advance notice via email to registered account holders or via a prominent notification within the platform. Continued use of 68game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 68game operates. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 68game platform, you agree to first contact 68game support to seek an informal resolution. 68game will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
